My name is Hamida, I’m nineteen and I live in Madinat-AlSadr/Baghdad.
I have tried so many times to have an electric wheelchair, I asked the offices of ministry of health and the ministry of social affairs but none of them provided me one. After a while of frustration, a friend of mine told me that there was a generous man who had an organization which aimed to offer help to people like me. I made contact with Mr. Sarko, his kindness was second of none. In a short period of time he provided me with one of the best wheelchairs as he promised to do. With the help of the chair, I can go to school and come back home without depending on anyone. I’m very happy and grateful at the time for what Mr. Sarko had done for me.
